Everything your table needs.

01

Move

The cradle comes apart; the playfield does not. We measure doors, turns and stairwells first, then wrap, carry and re-level on the other end.

02

Assembly

Cradle joined and squared, playfield seated, scoreboard wired, leveled before we leave.

03

Disassembly

Broken down for storage or renovation, hardware bagged and labeled so reassembly is not a puzzle.

04

Level

Climate adjusters tuned so the board plays flat through the seasons - checked with a straightedge, not eyeballed.

05

Refinish

Board sanded flat, old finish off, modern playfield polymer on, lines and markings restored.

06

Repair

Loose legs, dead scoring units, gouged boards, worn gutters - most of it fixable on site.

WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY

"Moved our 22-footer out of a bar basement through a stairwell two other companies refused to touch. Not a mark on the board."

Dana R., Logan Square

"Our table drifted every winter until they set the climate adjusters properly. First February since we have owned it that it plays flat."

Mike T., Naperville

ABOUT US

Who you're hiring.

Long Pine does one thing: shuffleboard tables. Bars, basements, and the occasional tournament room, all over Chicagoland since 2009. The hard part of a shuffleboard move is the part you cannot take apart. The cradle breaks down into sections; the playfield is a solid slab of maple that has to make every turn between where it is and where it is going. We measure that route before the truck rolls, because a 22-foot board finds out about a tight stairwell exactly once. The other half of our work is making tables play right. A board that drifts concave every winter needs its climate adjusters set, not another coat of wax. A board with waves needs sanding and a proper polymer re-coat. We do both, and we will tell you honestly which one you need.
