On site where we can, in the shop when the boards need a bench.
Vintage machines brought back, playfield up, without erasing what makes them original.
Delivered, levelled, and set to a pitch that actually plays right.
Scheduled visits for route machines so they earn instead of sitting dark.
The full teardown: playfield stripped, cleaned, rebuilt and reassembled.
"Brought a 1978 Bally back from the dead that two other shops had given up on. Explained exactly what was wrong instead of just handing me a bill."
"They keep six machines running in my bar. When one goes down it is back earning within the week."
Tilt Works started in a garage in 2011 with one broken Gottlieb and too much patience. We now keep machines running in a couple of dozen bars around Portland and in a lot more basements. Old and new are genuinely different jobs. A 1974 machine needs contacts cleaned and score reels adjusted; a modern one needs the boards read properly. We ask which you have because it decides who we send.
The questions adapt to the service. Your answers go directly into our work system, no retyping and no lost emails.
