How SlateRoute handles your data and your customers' records.

What SlateRoute collects

When you create a SlateRoute account we collect your email address and the business information you enter: business name, contact details, services, and website content. As you use SlateRoute, your workspace stores the customer records you and your customers create: requests, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, notes, and photos.

How it's used

Your data is used to run your workspace and your business website. SlateRoute does not sell your data or your customers' data, and does not use it for third-party advertising.

Your customers' data

Customer information entered into your workspace belongs to your business. SlateRoute stores and processes it on your behalf and only as needed to provide the software.

Where it lives

SlateRoute runs on established cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, database, and file storage. Data is protected with per-business access controls, so each business's records are isolated from every other account.

Cookies and tracking

SlateRoute uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Export and deletion

You can download your complete business data from your workspace settings at any time. To delete your account and its data, contact support and we'll confirm and complete the deletion.
