WHAT YOU GET

One clear path from request to paid.

The website and the owner workspace share the same records, so information moves forward instead of being typed again.

Requests arrive ready to quote

Your form asks the details that change the price: size, access, stairs, weight, condition, photos, and the service-specific questions for your trade.

A professional website is included

Show your services, photos, reviews, hours, phone number, service areas, and items for sale. Already have a website? Link or embed the request form instead.

Quotes customers accept on their phone

Send a link. They read it, accept it, and the job and invoice create themselves. No account for them to make, no PDF to sign and scan back. You see the moment they open it.

Accepted terms stay with the work

Keep the accepted price, line items, terms, notes, and signature evidence together so the job record reflects what the customer approved.

Follow-ups do not live in your head

New requests, unanswered quotes, unscheduled jobs, customer promises, and past-due invoices return to one Needs attention list.

One workspace for owner and crew

Add your partner or crew without a per-person fee. Crew get the schedule and job details they need, while owner-only information stays protected.

WHY SLATEROUTE

Made for specialty work, not adapted to it.

General field-service platforms support many kinds of home service. SlateRoute starts with the details that decide whether specialty moving and service work can be quoted at all.

The trade questions are already in it

Every request arrives with the details your trade uses to price the work. You start with a proven setup instead of designing a generic form from scratch.

One predictable price for the business

General platforms often change price by plan, features, or team size. SlateRoute is one flat monthly price for the owner, partner, and crew.

It helps bring in the next job

SlateRoute includes the business website, service-area pages, a request-form QR code, and a for-sale gallery alongside the tools that organize the work you already have.

A SIMPLE WORKFLOW

Built around how the work actually happens.

A request is an inbox item, not another customer record to retype. When the customer says yes, the same information moves forward into the job.

01

A customer sends a request

Your branded form collects the service, addresses, access details, photos, and contact information.

02

You review and quote

Your price book pre-fills the quote. Send a link the customer can view and accept online, with their questions attached.

03

Accepted work becomes a job

The customer's yes creates the job and invoice automatically. Schedule it and send the confirmation in one click.

04

Finish, invoice, and get paid

Complete the job, record payment, chase past-due invoices from the dashboard, and keep the full customer history.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions.

Why does the form ask about slate?

Because most non-slate tables cannot be reclothed at all, and plenty of mechanics will not move one - they are not built to come apart and go back together, and they warp, so leveling afterwards becomes a problem. If a customer picks non-slate, SlateRoute tells them that on the form instead of leaving you to explain it on the phone.

Customers never measure their table right. Does that help?

The form asks for the playing field, bumper tip to bumper tip, and says so - not the outside of the frame, which is what people measure and why refelt quotes go wrong. The size, the slate and the pockets arrive together, so you are not quoting an 8ft that turns out to be a 7ft.

I already spend my life explaining the same things on the phone. Does this actually cut that down?

That is the reason it exists. Every question a customer would have made you ask is on the form before they submit, and your quote and invoice wording is saved once and reused. Explaining slate, sizing and access to every caller is the single biggest time sink in this trade.

Do I need to replace my current website?

No. Your SlateRoute website can be the site you share, or just the request form you link from anywhere: Google Business Profile, Facebook, a QR code on your truck.

I'm not technical. How hard is setup?

Pick your business type, name your business, and you're working. Your services, website wording, and request form are prepared for your field, and everything stays editable in plain English.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It's yours. Every account can download its complete data as a file at any time, no phone call required.

Can customers really accept quotes without an account?

Yes. Quotes and invoices are private links, so customers view, accept, or pay attention to them with zero signup friction.

Can my crew use it too?

Yes. Add them from Settings and they sign in on their own phone to a simpler view: the schedule and their jobs, tap-to-call, tap-to-navigate, mark complete with photos. They never see your quotes, leads, or price book, and whether they can see invoices and take payment is up to you, per person. If it's a business partner rather than crew, add them as a Partner instead and they get the same full access you have.

What does it cost?

$39 a month, everything included - the website, quotes, scheduling, invoices, and every crew member you add. No tiers, no per-user fees, no features held hostage one plan up. The trial is 14 days and free, with no credit card; we only ask for payment details if you decide to stay.
