The plain-language terms for using SlateRoute to run your service business.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Each account represents one business.
The trial and billing
Trials are free and include the complete product. As paid plans launch, you'll choose a plan before anything is charged, and pricing will be shown clearly first.
Your data is yours
Business and customer records you store in SlateRoute belong to your business. You can export them at any time. If you leave, your data leaves with you.
Acceptable use
Use SlateRoute for lawful business operations. Don't use it to send spam, store content you have no right to store, or attempt to access other businesses' data.
Availability
We work to keep SlateRoute fast and available, but no software is perfect; the service is provided as-is, and planned maintenance or fixes may occasionally interrupt it.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.
